Scherenschnitte for a Modern World
BRING HANNAH TO YOUR SCHOOL, ORGANIZATION, or HOME
for PAPER CUTTING WORKSHOPS and LESSONS!
This art form immediately translates into classroom fun!
These hugely successful workshops are just as successful with kindergardeners as they are with professional artists. Check out the photos below to see art from some of my workshops around the world!
Students learn new skills (and become incredibly quiet, focused, and happy) while exploring and experimenting with different papers, techniques, scissors, themes and shapes. Whether as a stand-alone art experience or used to highlight classroom curriculum, students make constant discoveries and leave with big smiles on their faces and newly snipped art in their hands!
SKILLS HIGHLIGHTED DURING WORKSHOPS
- Fine motor skills
- Symmetry
- Problem solving
- Patience & Persistence (this is actually FUN!)
- Innovation
- The ability to make something AMAZING from simple, everyday items

A batman robot mask!
